Kick Box Workout no equipment - $25.00
 

KBWorkout - Is it time to practice your kick boxing skills and workout at the same time? This 60-minute interval workout is the original Kick Box Exercise as seen in conventions and workshops throughout the world. Led by “Thomas the Promise", kick boxing veteran and international educator, this interval workout closely simulates a kick boxer's training regimen.

The workout includes:

* A warm-up
* Punches
* Kicks
* Punch-kick combinations
* Push-ups
* Sit-ups
* Cool-down
* Stretching

The cardio portions of the video (including rope jumping) will challenge your endurance, speed, coordination, agility, and flexibility. The push-up and sit-up sections will again challenge and improve your strength and endurance. Finally, the cool down portion will use the stretching rope to increase your flexibility.

The exercises performed in this workout conform to the standards and guidelines set forth by the International Sports Conditioning Association (ISCA) (60 minutes)
