Combo 1
R FOOT forward
1. R Jab, L Cross (1-2)
R Jab, L Cross (3-4)
Rear Leg Front kick 2x's - Last one lands forward (5-8)
2. Repeat other side (1-8)

3. Bob-n- weave Back at a diagonal 2x's (1-4)
Bob-n-Weave Back diagonal 2x's (5-8)

4. Side Step with upper cuts (1-8)
Repeat with other lead

Combo 2

1. Jab, cross, hook, (1-4)
Alt side kicks (angled 45 degrees) (5-8)

2. Rear Leg upper cut (1-4)
Bob-n-Weave (5-8)

Combo 3

1. Jab, cross, hook (1-4)
Lead Leg Round house 2xs (5-8)

2. Single, single double knees the last knee can
Be switched to a front kick (1-8)

Repeat above to the other side (1-16)

Combo 4

1. Jab 4xs Low/high with a Bob on the low (1-4)
Step over Front Kick (5-8)

2. Step over Front Kick (1-4)
Boxer's Shuffle to switch leads (5-8)

Combo 5

1. Step to Side kick/ 3 levels with an optional back fist 2xs (1-16)

2. Heels double bounce switch (1-8) hold on the other side for (9-16)
Combo 6

1. Step over front kick 3 levels (1-16)

2. Step forward (1-2)
Jab, cross (3-4)
Step backward (5-8)

3. Side Step (1-2)
Lead leg Round house (3-4)
Side Step (5-6)
Rear leg front kick to side (7-8)

4. Rear leg knee lift comes to the front for 3 kicks (1-6)
front kick with an optional plyometric jump to the front (7-8)

Repeat traveling to the left (1-16)
