  PART #1 Combo(8 counts)
start position -: feet together and hands in guard
position.
a: with both legs forward jump into a wide leg squat
(hip 30 degrees)- 1 count
b: pivot on right ball, turn the body left and right
cross, uncoil. -2 counts
c: jump backward to start position. - 1 count
d: step right Bob and weave to right with a left jab,
step left bob and weave to left with a right jab. - 4
counts

PART #2 combo (8 counts)
start position (keep facing front of class)
a: sideways running to right, R, L, R, L, - 4counts
B: Step left (45 degree)to left side and right front
kick.- 4counts

COMBINE COMBO #1 AND #2 FOR A TOTAL OF 16COUNTS, THEN
REPEAT FULL COMBO ON OTHER SIDE FOR A TOTAL OF
32COUNTS
COMBO # 1 = (Total counts 32)
Starting Position: Left leg lead in fighting stance.
1. Step with right leg forward and right hand downward elbow strike (counts 1, 2)
2. Step with right leg backward and right hand doing a backward horizontal elbow strike (counts 3, 4)
3. Right turn into center stance with 3 alternating punches, L, R, L and recover (counts 5, 6, 7, 8)
4.Left sidekick (to class front) with a right knee strike stepping forward (counts 1, 2, 3, 4)
5. A right hook, left uppercut, bob and recover. (counts 5, 6, 7, 8)
6.Part one 16 counts
7.Repeat on opposite side right leg lead in fighting stance (total counts 16)

COMBO # 2 = (Total counts 32)
Starting Position: High center stance.
1. Left leg lead run forward 4 steps with speed bag arms (counts 1, 2, 3, 4)
2. Center stance, bob and weave L, R (counts 5, 6, 7, 8)
3. Turn with left leg (180* to opposite direction) with L jab, R cross, R leg roundhouse kick and recover. (counts 1, 2, 3, 4)
4. Left leg 4 agility steps turning and traveling forward 180* returning to start position (5, 6, 7, 8)
5. Part one is 16 counts
6.Repeat with right leg lead on opposite side (total counts 16)
