Certifications
Boxing:  Is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing to provide a high level of conditioning for both aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. This course can be designed for one on one sessions or group.

Kick Boxing:  Is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing, martial arts and kick boxing to provide a high level of conditioning for both aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. The training incorporates lectures and techniques, punching, footwork, punch mitts, kicks and the jump rope.

KBox Round II:  Incorporates the basic and advanced boxing skills for punching, footwork, mitts, thai pads, the heavy bag, the kicking shield and the jump rope.

Personal Training:  Included will be information on cardiovascular fitness, strength training, flexibility training, basic fitness assessment and prescription, motivation techniques, and related business issues.

Pilates Mat level I:  Provides an in depth overview of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to teach a safe and effective Pilates Mat Class.

Yoga Ball:  Provides practical information and techniques for teaching yoga postures and poses using stability balls. The training includes program theory and guidelines, practical sessions of hands-on technique work, and program development information.
