This workshop provides the Group fitness Instructor and personal trainer with a comprehensive overview of the theory and practice of movement progression as it relates to the Kick Box Exercise. This course will provide a thorough explanation of the elements of variation in Kick Boxing and an analysis of the logical teaching progression based on complexity, intensity and safety. After completion of the workshop, the Instructor or personal trainer will have a better understanding of how to format their classes or training sessions to ensure participant success, safety and enjoyment of the Kick Box Exercise. |
