Suspension Exercise
This course teaches basic suspension exercise guidelines, movements and concepts. Participants will learn to use this unique form of resistance training utilizing body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. This course will help instructors develop the essentials tools necessary to properly execute a variety of movements, recognize inefficiencies in movements, and learn coaching cues for teaching suspension exercise. Participants will learn how to design safe and effective suspension exercise routines for class participants and clients. This introductory course is designed for the fitness professional with good foundational knowledge and experience.
